Key responsibilities & impact

Lead critical Record to Report (R2R) processes with a high degree of autonomy
Ensure accurate execution of financial closings
Review and perform complex reconciliations
Analyze significant variances and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
Support audits and internal controls, including SOX compliance
Serve as a technical reference, providing support and mentorship to less experienced analysts
Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) and intercompany account reconciliations
Fixed asset accounting
Accounting and financial reporting standards
Accounting entries
Intermediate proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Oracle
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
