About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.
Ensure alignment between all project stakeholders.
Manage overall project delivery.
Responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies.
Participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise.
Develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. OR additional four (4) years of related experience
5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience
15+ years of project management experience
Minimum of two successful data center construction projects
