About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure vessels are fully project-ready—coordinating inspections, shaping practical procedures, and embedding best practices from day one
Manage supplier communications and help resolve contract-related or operational challenges when needed
Spot opportunities to improve and streamline logistical concepts supporting Commissioning and Service
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Construction, and Service teams on vessel-related topics
Offer guidance during BIMCO contract negotiations and play an important part in securing C/SOV tenders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid academic foundation in engineering (mechanical, civil, or marine) or a nautical degree
Practical experience in the offshore wind or maritime industry
Effective project management skills with a keen commercial and contractual perspective
In-depth knowledge of vessel design, marine operations, and key inspection and safety standards (e.g. IMCA, SOLAS)
Clear communication and IT skills
Initiative, maintaining momentum, and skillfully prioritizing, planning, and completing tasks
