About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure vessels are fully project-ready—coordinating inspections, shaping practical procedures, and embedding best practices from day one
  • Manage supplier communications and help resolve contract-related or operational challenges when needed
  • Spot opportunities to improve and streamline logistical concepts supporting Commissioning and Service
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Construction, and Service teams on vessel-related topics
  • Offer guidance during BIMCO contract negotiations and play an important part in securing C/SOV tenders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid academic foundation in engineering (mechanical, civil, or marine) or a nautical degree
  • Practical experience in the offshore wind or maritime industry
  • Effective project management skills with a keen commercial and contractual perspective
  • In-depth knowledge of vessel design, marine operations, and key inspection and safety standards (e.g. IMCA, SOLAS)
  • Clear communication and IT skills
  • Initiative, maintaining momentum, and skillfully prioritizing, planning, and completing tasks
