About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the People Analytics leader for India
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior EX and Business Leaders
Engage with business executives to understand strategic priorities
Lead analyses combining people data, external research, and business context
Develop a small team of analysts, setting clear expectations
Participate in and contribute to global People Analytics initiatives
Ensure integrity and rigor of analytical outputs produced by the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or a related field
At least 2-3 years in a people leadership role
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders with data and insights
Strong skill in translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans
Deep understanding of the HR landscape and workforce trends
Analytical proficiency with familiarity in statistical methods
Ability to work across time zones
