About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Operations Manager
Ensure that Health & Safety procedures and Vestas Quality requirements are followed
Ensure the Vestas Global Operating Model is being adhered to by the operations team
Ensure the asset Maintenance Plan is executed in compliance
Monitor progress of scheduled activities, ensuring planned work is completed
Monitor the performance of wind farms
Manage key asset performance indicators and develop action plans
Prepare the annual project budget and ensure there are no cost variances
Maintain direct client contact and lead operational meetings at the management level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
Experience in wind farm management or industrial maintenance management
Experience in financial management and cost control
Proven experience in team management
Valid driver’s license (category B)
MS Office
Power BI
English language skills considered a plus
