About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the planning and execution of offshore wind projects within the service department.
Ensure delivery aligned with Vestas' standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Champion Vestas' 'Safety First' culture across all activities.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery outcomes.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and service teams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in advance.
Contribute to Vestas' continuous improvement culture by applying lessons learned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in offshore wind, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects in at least one of the following: offshore construction/installation, wind turbine generator (WTG) delivery, service/operations (O&M)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of offshore HSE requirements.
