About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, HR partners, and vendors on operational global mobility matters
- Manage end-to-end international assignments
- Deliver a high-quality employee experience
- Provide subject matter expertise on mobility policies and assignment benefits
- Coordinate and monitor assignment-related compliance activities
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external mobility providers
- Manage assignment-related payroll instructions and compensation changes
- Administer expatriate compensation programs
- Prepare and process assignment documentation
- Execute annual compensation activities
- Monitor assignee cases and provide regular status updates
- Oversee vendor engagement and service delivery
- Review and support mobility cost projections
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7 years of experience in Global Mobility, Relocation Services, International HR, or a related field
- Strong experience in end-to-end international assignment management
- Experience working within outsourced mobility models and managing relationships with external mobility vendors and service providers
- Solid understanding of global mobility compliance requirements, particularly within Europe
- Knowledge of expatriate compensation practices, tax equalization concepts, assignment allowances, and mobility policy administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with HRIS, mobility management systems, and case management tools
