About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2C & B2B), Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps
  • Ensure global field and partner teams have compelling, current demo capabilities aligned with Adobe’s go-to-market motions
  • Work across every stage of the Demo Strategy Framework: Identify › Assess › Fill › Publish › Evangelize
  • Surface new demo needs with PM, PMM, and Engineering collaborators
  • Perform delta analysis against existing inventory
  • Build and ship demo assets that close gaps
  • Develop demos across three-tier model (video, clickable, live)
  • Own demo environment strategy and tooling (Demo System Next, Walnut, Consensus)
  • Partner with internal engineering to translate gaps into live demonstrability
  • Champion discoverability through Demo Hub and enable global field on new offerings
  • Own feedback loop to keep strategy sharp
  • Manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries—drive alignment, mitigate risks, and own metrics reporting on demo effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role
  • Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms (Adobe experience preferred)
  • Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem
  • Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams
  • Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
  • Strong academic credentials including a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Information Technology, and an MBA or equivalent experience.
  • PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
