About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leadership throughout the sales cycle: From prospect identification, tendering, and deal optimization to negotiation and closure of wind farm supply contracts
- Establish solid customer relationships, build trust, and understand the customers´ business case to develop ideal value propositions
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions
- Monitor and assess market trends and customer/competitor activities
- Handle internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of Vestas commercial strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's in Business or Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as Sales manager or Commercial Project Manager in complex environments
- Contract negotiation skills and experience with complex technical contracts
- Ability to identify and involve business stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
