About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive tool demand from Service, adopt to PR, support team
  • Respond promptly to turbines stopped while waiting for tools
  • Keep the budget for tools in the country/subregion
  • Minimize the tools reported as lost in the country/subregion
  • Ensure tool certification engaging with stakeholders at different levels
  • Organize tools certification (onsite or offsite) and ensure certificates are uploaded correctly
  • Manage tool repair with vendors (ask for quotation, update PR's, etc) and warehouse

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or similar
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (other european languages would be a plus)
  • Driving license (bonus)
  • Customer-focused mindset with a clear stakeholder orientation
  • Clear and effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
  • Well-developed analytical skills with a results-driven approach
  • Solid IT literacy, including SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Able to handle change, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention-focused, organized, and highly motivated
