About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive tool demand from Service, adopt to PR, support team
- Respond promptly to turbines stopped while waiting for tools
- Keep the budget for tools in the country/subregion
- Minimize the tools reported as lost in the country/subregion
- Ensure tool certification engaging with stakeholders at different levels
- Organize tools certification (onsite or offsite) and ensure certificates are uploaded correctly
- Manage tool repair with vendors (ask for quotation, update PR's, etc) and warehouse
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or similar
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (other european languages would be a plus)
- Driving license (bonus)
- Customer-focused mindset with a clear stakeholder orientation
- Clear and effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
- Well-developed analytical skills with a results-driven approach
- Solid IT literacy, including SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Able to handle change, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Attention-focused, organized, and highly motivated
