About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the sale of service agreements, service products and optimization solutions for wind farms equipped with Vestas turbines as well as turbines from other manufacturers
  • Develop, price and negotiate tailored service contracts and service solutions for customers in the German market and adjacent regions
  • Advise and support customers on all commercial matters related to the service product portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Take commercial responsibility for contract structuring and successful contract closing
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, in particular Service, Legal and Turbine Sales
  • Act as the interface between Service Sales and Turbine Sales to develop integrated customer solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, customer-focused solution approaches to increase customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Actively contribute to achieving the sales and growth targets in the service business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • 3 to 6 years' professional experience in sales or account management with demonstrable customer and market orientation
  • Experience in the service business and knowledge of the wind energy industry are an advantage
  • Business-fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 20%)
