About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for selling service contracts, service products and optimization solutions for wind farms with Vestas turbines as well as turbines from other manufacturers
  • Develop, price and negotiate tailored service contracts and service solutions for customers in the German market and surrounding regions
  • Support and advise customers on all commercial matters related to the service product portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Take commercial responsibility for contract structuring and successful contract closure
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, in particular Service, Legal and Turbine Sales
  • Act as an interface between service sales and turbine sales to develop integrated customer solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, customer-focused solution approaches to increase customer satisfaction and business success
  • Actively contribute to achieving sales and growth targets in the service business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in sales or account management with demonstrable customer- and market orientation
  • Experience in the service business and knowledge of the wind energy industry are a plus
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 20–30%)
