About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure effective project planning and control using standardized workflow packages and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Implement and adhere to Vestas management systems, including the Construction Project Execution Manual, as well as HSE and Quality standards
- Support the optimization of project schedules, deliverables, and overall execution efficiency
- Drive the rollout and implementation of newly developed installation concepts
- Provide support to internal stakeholders and coordinate resource planning in line with contractual requirements
- Continuously monitor project progress, budget, risks, and performance, ensuring timely and high quality reporting and documentation
- Support the Engineering Change Request (ECR) Board and contribute to structured change management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project management or civil engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of crane operations, site activities, and associated procedures
- Experience in vessel operations and vessel management
- Solid knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements and best practices
- Background in quality assurance and adherence to standards
- Experience with contractual negotiations and understanding of contract terms
- Strong financial awareness, process understanding, and proficient IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Fluency in English and German.
