About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure quality from suppliers for all production material groups used in Vestas Taranto site.
- Handle NCR, analyze, and approve RCA provided by suppliers.
- Implement Corrective Actions at supplier locations.
- Interface internally to the Regional and Global SQ&D, sourcing and logistics.
- Collaborate with external customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or material science background
- Proficiency in applying advanced quality methodology
- At least 3 years of experience within quality assurance and supplier management
- Internal auditor ISO 9001:2015 and/or assessor for VDA 6.3
- Experience with ISO 14001 / 45001 or similar standard for EHS Management Systems
- Six Sigma Green Belt with Continuous improvement and DMAIC practice
- Experience with stakeholder management as well as sound business understanding
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
