About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
Responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
Ensure delivery of the project by liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
Managing Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
Manage and implement a robust HSE culture across the project.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
Manage the commissioning of the Owner Furnished Equipment and delivery to site.

Requirements

What you’ll need

An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
Contractual and commercial understanding of multiple forms of contract
Track record in delivery of large critical infrastructure projects
Can demonstrate an in depth knowledge of HSE in construction
Ability to manage technical disciplines.
Experience of a client interface role
Experience of managing a large scale team
Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous
Ability to coordinate the work of other discipline specific Owner’s Representatives to achieve the objectives set by the client
Ability to commit to significant international travel
