About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and grow the Water team in White Plains, NY
Deliver design work for water/wastewater clients in New York and across North America
Exercise judgment on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
Liaise with Project Managers/Team Leaders and clients for effective communication
Contribute to the resolution of technical issues on projects and provide technical guidance to other team members
Carry out investigations and analyses to support the development of technical solutions
Perform fieldwork activities such as site visits, construction inspection, and process troubleshooting and optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering
Minimum 4 years’ of experience in engineering AND EIT Certification
Detail oriented and ability to provide technical guidance and work independently as needed
Advanced research, data gathering, technical writing and analysis skills
Developing skills including technical, project management, relationship management, sector expertise and commercial awareness
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, time management and communication skills
New York PE License (preferred)
