About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide essential coordination and administrative support across end-to-end recruitment process
  • Support the shortlisting process by reviewing applications
  • Coordinate interview panels and communication with candidates
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Act as key contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience
  • Collate feedback from hiring managers to keep processes progressing
  • Assist with offer documentation and onboarding administration
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies, prioritizing across multiple requirements
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and aligned with best practice
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator, able to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail when managing data and documentation
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages advantageous
