About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Studio with accountability for client solutions resource utilization, project delivery, quality, and profitability.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings.
- Manage Studio budget and track performance of project teams against approved business plan.
- Develops annual revenue targets, capacity budgets, and business plans.
- Drive (local) office marketing activities.
- Create and maintain strong relationships and successful teams.
- Develop and coach Studio members to achieve high performance, growth, and personal development.
- Mentor and coach team members and future leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution,
- Professional Interior Designer, Registered Architect, or equivalent preferred,
- Deep expertise in a key service line and sector,
- Substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Engineering/Infrastructure consultancy,
- Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions,
- Experience managing business relationships at executive level,
- Experience managing teams across geographies,
- Significant experience on large-scale/highly complex projects.
