About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Studio with accountability for client solutions resource utilization, project delivery, quality, and profitability.
Conduct weekly staff meetings.
Manage Studio budget and track performance of project teams against approved business plan.
Develops annual revenue targets, capacity budgets, and business plans.
Drive (local) office marketing activities.
Create and maintain strong relationships and successful teams.
Develop and coach Studio members to achieve high performance, growth, and personal development.
Mentor and coach team members and future leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution,
Professional Interior Designer, Registered Architect, or equivalent preferred,
Deep expertise in a key service line and sector,
Substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Engineering/Infrastructure consultancy,
Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions,
Experience managing business relationships at executive level,
Experience managing teams across geographies,
Significant experience on large-scale/highly complex projects.
