About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform civil design and project management tasks for a variety of projects
- Support senior staff on civil design and permitting efforts for municipal clients
- Provide design review services for contractor developed packages
- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
- Attend to travel needs for workload over other offices and client-sites as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 years or more of experience in civil engineering
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT certification
- Experience in design of land development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Blue Beam software
- Experience with MS Project or P6, MS Office Suite
- Experience with hydraulic models such as Water CAD, Sewer CAD, ICPR, HECRAS
- PE License in Alabama, Florida or Mississippi
