About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Must independently manage all aspects of a project.
- Will develop and control project scope.
- Ability to develop and review project schedules.
- Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
- Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
- Ability to negotiate and prepare change orders.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of project management experience - managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
- Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
