About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

perform survey related calculations
produce survey plats for various high-level clients
prepare topographic base maps for our engineering design team
perform deed research
write legal descriptions
process survey data collected from field teams
assist with CADD preparation of final mapping using various data collection techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 or more years relevant experience.
Experience working with survey field crews and production.
Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD/Civil3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads software.
Strong understanding of surveying mathematics, data adjustments, property boundaries, surface modeling, analyzing quality of data, and processing of field data, including GPS.
Posses strong CADD production skills, with a keen eye toward quality control and accuracy.
Ability to read and write detailed and accurate legal descriptions.
Ability to perform deed research, both online and at local jurisdictions.
Ability to deliver the superior quality and accuracy in work demanded by our high-level clients.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
Has acquired or is interested in working towards relevant certifications (SIT, CST, etc.)
Be an engaged and driven team player who will respond positively and enthusiastically to training to stay current with technology.
