About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Project Teams with various non-technical and technical deliverables throughout the project design and construction phases
  • Formatting technical reports and design specifications
  • Coordination with the design team for distribution and tracking of construction related questions and submittals
  • Management of document controls during the project construction phase
  • Review, production, and delivery of meeting notes, summary reports, presentations, and other deliverables
  • Development and monitoring of tracking logs for various design and construction related processes
  • Assist Project Managers with invoice preparation and development of backup materials
  • Regular use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional Suite, and other technical platforms
  • Regular interaction and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and manage multiple/simultaneous deadlines
  • Perform file management and various other document controls related duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Previous technical/administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
  • strong computer skills
  • high level of competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly motivated with a desire to pursue continual innovative improvements in processes
  • Demonstrate productivity, effectiveness, and excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrate professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with clients and individuals at all levels of the company
