About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- complete inspections, bulk sampling abatement oversight, air monitoring and assessments of various types of projects
- assist with reports for projects completed using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs
- conduct asbestos and lead-based paint surveys
- support abatement projects, indoor air quality and mold investigations
- perform inspections and surveys for asbestos, lead, mold and water intrusion
- coordinate with agencies, management, staff, and subcontractors to define project scope and schedules
- document field activities using the provided tools
- prepare technical memoranda, summary reports, and other client deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in a science related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the professional services or consulting business.
- State specific asbestos training and licensure.
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations for asbestos, etc.
