About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and growing team to support projects through all phases of the site evaluation and remediation life cycle.
  • Contribute to environmental investigation, remediation, and technical reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and direct field staff in data collection.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders under the supervision of the Project Manager.
  • Support the development of conceptual site models and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–8 years of experience in the environmental industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience with environmental sampling, technical report writing, data evaluation, staff mentorship/training, and aspects of project financial management
  • Strong focus on health and safety, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with federal and/or state environmental regulations
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (with an annual 8-hour refresher, if applicable)
