About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the end to end delivery of high priority, complex Global Markets initiatives
  • Engage and partner with initiative stakeholders across Global Markets business leaders
  • Coordinate initiative routines to keep stakeholders informed on Global Markets initiatives
  • Identify, track and resolve issues, risks and action items related to Global Markets initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate key project deliverables, including defining project scope and success metrics
  • Manage and execute multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to enterprise policies and procedures
  • Strategize, collaborate and assist Global Markets Trading desk and other business leaders with defining the future book of work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous Project Management or equivalent experience working on large scale and complex business initiatives
  • Experience successfully delivering complex initiatives
  • An understanding of Global Markets products and supporting technology
  • Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies that govern change and technology at Bank of America
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information
  • Professional approach that is clear, well thought out and with appropriate attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities with limited supervision
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance personal productivity and project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
