About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing a large portfolio of critical Non Bank Financial Institution Clients
- Leads all aspects of the treasury management relationship for a complex portfolio
- Drives responsible growth by originating new client relationships
- Owns revenue, balance, and profitability outcomes for a dedicated client portfolio
- Maintains deep client focus supported by strong industry expertise
- Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts
- Serves as a digital ambassador for mobile, digital, and real time payments
- Leads strategic, consultative dialogues with senior client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury and/or financial services
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Demonstrated track record of direct, comprehensive treasury management sales experience
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and clearly articulate payment flows and associated risks
- Strong relationship building capability
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Sound judgment in balancing client objectives and bank’s risk and control framework
- Broad and deep knowledge of global treasury management products and services
- Strong executive presence and capability to lead C suite level discussions
