About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) processes, including timelines, data validation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of executive-ready materials.
  • Own LOB and Enterprise scorecards, ensuring accurate, consistent visibility into performance using standardized metrics.
  • Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate performance trends, risks, and business updates.
  • Manage data aggregation across systems and teams to deliver timely, accurate, and audit-ready reporting.
  • Drive reporting efficiency by leveraging data visualization and automation tools.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, KPIs, and data quality.
  • Serve as a central point for reporting operations, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Lead automation and workflow optimization efforts to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver insights, solve complex problems, and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience owning executive reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials that support high-visibility leadership decisions.
  • Strong experience gathering, validating, consolidating, and managing data across multiple systems and stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent operational execution skills, including timeline management, version control, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Proven track record of improving reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and apply sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reporting operations, including data quality standards, controls, and scalable process design.
