About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints
- Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions
- Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level
- Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles
- Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
- Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
- Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with managing digital channels
- Highly action oriented individual that projects enthusiasm and determination
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
