About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Executes workforce and financial analysis and reporting for Global information Security technology project spend
Collaborates with product managers, finance, and project stakeholders for informed decision-making
Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting of GIS Technology Project Spend
Monthly updates on project and vendor spend to Cybersecurity Tech Exec and Senior Leadership Team.
Direct support of GIS Annual Transformation Budget of ~$110MM.
Manage and report on financial and headcount trends across project execution and delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of finance, product management, business operations, workforce/headcount or strategic planning.
Ability to create ad hoc financial reports
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong business-centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgement and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcome
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms (oral and written).
