About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Makes credit request decisions according to relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer contact center
Experience in Commercial or Small Business lending/underwriting
Previous lending experience/lending authority
Knowledge of credit reports and bureaus
Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment
Ability to identify and elevate issues to management
Professional oral and written communication skills
