About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for oversight of executive protection teams and activities within a specific geographic region and the health, safety, and physical security of all attendees at Bank of America sponsored or hosted events
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols
- Direction of activities to ensure safety and security of the senior management team and bank events
- Delivery of threat analysis across various platforms with cross-functional teams
- Create a safe and secure business environment for employees, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage ongoing incidents, medical conditions, and/or event-related investigations
- Develop strong partnerships with key business stakeholders, and local and federal law enforcement agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management role
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with private security and law enforcement agencies
- Proven critical thinking under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated/self-starter
- Influencer – Must have the ability to interact and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions on appropriate security resources
- Adaptability
- Durability
- Strong Computer Skills – working with MS Office suite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel (domestic & international) as needed.
