About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives, and translate them into clear execution plans.
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against outcomes.
- Support market expansion and growth planning through analysis, business cases, and execution support for new initiatives.
- Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps, and work with teams to resolve them and improve how the business operates.
- Prepare analysis, materials, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making, including reviews, planning sessions, and executive discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in strategy, business operations, consulting, or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to delivery
- Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working closely with senior leadership and influencing without formal authority
