Define and maintain clear, prioritized technology roadmaps aligned with Boeing Business Unit Strategic Capability Needs.
Shape capture strategy by integrating market, customer, and competitive insights with technical differentiation.
Provide accountable technical and program leadership to ensure delivery of funded efforts on cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performing engineering and technical teams.
Cultivate productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and partner teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead.
5+ years of experience leading research and development.
Current top-secret security clearance preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners).
Experience leading multi-functional teams through product development and delivery of communications and sensing capabilities and products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
