Key responsibilities & impact

Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs
Analyzes results and performs design reviews
Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies
Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities
Develops statements of work
Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection
Works under general direction for Experienced Level, under minimal direction for Senior Level, and under consultative direction for Consultant Level positions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years of experience in engineering
5 or more years' related work experience for Level 4 or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 or more years' related work experience for Level 5 or equivalent combination of education and experience
Education or experience in Electrical Engineering
Experience with CAD software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
