About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employees performing security inquiries, compliance assessments and security controls
- Work with senior and junior staff members to administer United States Industrial Security Standards
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
- Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
- 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security on Special Access Programs (SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
- Experience working with DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or SAP access
- Must be willing to submit to a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
