About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational excellence for the North America C&E/S&C warehouse, chemical and logistics businesses.
Ensure flawless delivery of products, delivered on time per customer requirement.
Establish warehousing and logistics operations strategies to support C&E/S&C customer needs and business growth objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders of key functions and major customers.
Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
Minimum 3 years of experience with General Business Operations, general supply chain and/or program management
Minimum 3 years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers
Experience engaging with senior executive leadership and customers
Experience in a high volume operations environment
Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign equivalent)
Experience managing Operations, at scale
10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain for a global organization
Experience establishing and tracking key performance indicators
Understanding of Lean, continuous/process improvement methodology
Experience leading culture and organizational transformation
Experience with program management, customer/supplier relationship, and performance recovery
Demonstrated critical-business and financial acumen
