About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly under the guidance of the Lead Structure Technician
Assemble, disassemble and/or modify systems and components IAW applicable Technical Orders and regulations
Ensure timely repairs of maintenance activities
Meet individual training requirements
Comply and operate within a Safety Culture
Work with Quality/Safety Teams to address occurrences and audit findings
Perform within the MAST and Squadron Maintenance as part of a cohesive team

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as an Aircraft Structures Technician/Aircraft Mechanic
Knowledge of Royal Canadian Air Force operations and aircraft maintenance practices
Must have Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licensed S rating or Military equivalent
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance
Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Royal Canadian Air Force Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS)
