About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of geographically dispersed Pre-Hire Specialists
  • Manage the design, implementation and administration of processes and projects to support onboarding activities
  • Provide oversight and delivery of critical hiring targets, managing progress to plan
  • Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
  • Provide special care to candidate experience flow and the health of candidate pipelines
  • Establish strong relationships across the business, providing strategic guidance and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role
  • 3+ years working with geographically dispersed teammates
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role (preferred)
