Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of geographically dispersed Pre-Hire Specialists
Manage the design, implementation and administration of processes and projects to support onboarding activities
Provide oversight and delivery of critical hiring targets, managing progress to plan
Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
Provide special care to candidate experience flow and the health of candidate pipelines
Establish strong relationships across the business, providing strategic guidance and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience in a leadership role
3+ years working with geographically dispersed teammates
3+ years of experience with Workday
3+ years of experience with Tableau
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role (preferred)
