About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Single and Twin Aisle SST Operations organization with managing resource requests for SST personnel
- Lead integration efforts with Production IE teams
- Prioritize incoming requests for production support
- Develop resource plans and create labor estimates
- Manage crew cycling schedules
- Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events
- Assess the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
- Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
- 3+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 2)
- 6+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 3) preferred
- 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience working in a team environment
- 3+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
