About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Single and Twin Aisle SST Operations organization with managing resource requests for SST personnel
  • Lead integration efforts with Production IE teams
  • Prioritize incoming requests for production support
  • Develop resource plans and create labor estimates
  • Manage crew cycling schedules
  • Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events
  • Assess the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
  • Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
  • 3+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 2)
  • 6+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 3) preferred
  • 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a team environment
  • 3+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
