About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain build plans, model-based work instructions, and associated digital assets for manufacturing execution
Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks
Integrate advanced digital tools into production workflows
Define and document Production System requirements and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production systems
Collaborate closely with design engineering, manufacturing operations, tooling, quality, safety, and PLM/PDM teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role
1+ years’ experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test
1+ years’ experience in integration with PLM/MES in a make to stock or make to order environment
3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience is preferred
Ability to perform engineering analysis of design for manufacturability, assembly, and product support requirements
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Boeing internal PDM systems (GOLDesp and Prime-R)
Experience creating Model Based Instruction (MBIs) in Siemens Teamcenter Visualization
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to manufacturing process improvements and technology integration
Exposure to aerospace manufacturing standards and regulated environments
