About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain build plans, model-based work instructions, and associated digital assets for manufacturing execution
  • Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks
  • Integrate advanced digital tools into production workflows
  • Define and document Production System requirements and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production systems
  • Collaborate closely with design engineering, manufacturing operations, tooling, quality, safety, and PLM/PDM teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications
  • 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test
  • 1+ years’ experience in integration with PLM/MES in a make to stock or make to order environment
  • 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience is preferred
  • Ability to perform engineering analysis of design for manufacturability, assembly, and product support requirements
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Boeing internal PDM systems (GOLDesp and Prime-R)
  • Experience creating Model Based Instruction (MBIs) in Siemens Teamcenter Visualization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to manufacturing process improvements and technology integration
  • Exposure to aerospace manufacturing standards and regulated environments
