Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages employees planning, developing and managing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in the industry
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving analytical skills
  • Ability to work large volume data at high speed with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and external customers
  • Strong commitment to quality and delivering excellent customer service
