About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with robotic systems, automated assembly tooling, AGVs and AGCs including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems
Write, modify, and debug Fanuc robot programs to meet production requirements and improve efficiency
Conduct repairs on Fanuc robots as needed, including replacing parts and components
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
Work closely with MEs and Production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Provide basic operation/troubleshoot training to line technicians, Planners and MEs

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year of Fanuc robot programming and operation
AGV programming and experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
Proficient computer skill with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
