About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution of the enterprise Compliance Program by advancing key initiatives aligned with governance, risk management and ethical standards.
  • Manage and maintain compliance content across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance training and onboarding by maintaining materials, tracking completion and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and awareness.
  • Assist with enterprise policy and procedure administration.
  • Support compliance governance forums, including meeting logistics and materials.
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of Enterprise Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
  • Ability to manage individual workstreams independently with guidance.
  • Interest in expanding influence and responsibility over time.
  • Previous experience in risk and compliance.
  • Project management experience with the ability to plan and execute projects.
