Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in a business partnering or FP&A environment within insurance or a similar regulated, complex environment
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Able to connect financials to business performance and translate data into clear, actionable insight
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable challenging where needed in a constructive and collaborative way
  • Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value beyond core responsibilities
