Requirements

What you’ll need

You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Strong experience in a business partnering or FP&A environment within insurance or a similar regulated, complex environment
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
Able to connect financials to business performance and translate data into clear, actionable insight
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
Comfortable challenging where needed in a constructive and collaborative way
Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture
Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value beyond core responsibilities
