About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with leadership across underwriting, distribution, and central functions

Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in a business partnering or FP&A environment within insurance or a similar regulated, complex environment
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
- Able to connect financials to business performance and translate data into clear, actionable insight
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable challenging where needed in a constructive and collaborative way
- Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value beyond core responsibilities
