About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and assisting across agronomy functions as needed.
Operating equipment such as forklifts and skid steers.
Helping on the seed and chemical side in the spring.
Maintaining the yard in the summer.
Performing snow removal in the winter.
Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
Deliver products safely and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.
Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
Report safety or customer issues promptly.
Maintain strong safety culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
Must meet minimum age requirement
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
Valid Class A CDL preferred
Agriculture background preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
