About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and assisting across agronomy functions as needed.
- Operating equipment such as forklifts and skid steers.
- Helping on the seed and chemical side in the spring.
- Maintaining the yard in the summer.
- Performing snow removal in the winter.
- Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
- Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
- Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
- Deliver products safely and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
- Report safety or customer issues promptly.
- Maintain strong safety culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Agriculture background preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
