About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for carrying out various tasks in our residents homes
- Including lock changes, replacing strip lights, installing window locks, fitting smoke alarms, painting and decorating and gardening tasks such as hedge cutting, grass cutting and weeding
- Undertake other duties broadly consistent with the level of the post as required
- Representing Clarion Housing and dealing with members of the public daily
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required
- Applicants must be able to travel regularly across the region and cover all sites in Hertfordshire and Essex
- This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship
- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment
