About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in Test planning to provide estimates on Test preparation, Test execution based on requirement analysis
- Review test plan
- Create detailed Test cases against requirements
- Conduct Test execution against test cases
- Log defects against failed test cases and/or other defects not mapped to any test cases with details in Spira
- Provide daily progress updates, issues/blocks during test execution that impacts timelines to the Test Manager and/or project PMs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Overall 3-6 years of experience as Test Analyst
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow product as well as ITSM process to perform end to end functional testing
- Experience in ATF and/or any of Test automation tool
- Strong knowledge in Testing techniques
- Strong in manual testing
- Good in Test management tools
- Ability to develop and execute test scripts with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of the SDLC
- Excellent understanding of the Test lifecycle
- Good understanding on Defect management process
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
