  • Commercial awareness and customer-focused decision making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams
  • Desirable: Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service or Service Management leadership background
  • Technology or IT industry experience
  • Knowledge of KPI-driven environments, project management and continuous improvement.
