Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, delivery, and governance solutions across global operations
Shape solution design for S/4HANA transformation
Ensure scalable, integrated solutions aligned to business objectives
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and IT leadership
Collaborate with multiple SAP support, development, integration, and project teams
Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives
Establish and maintain best practices across global SAP operations
Collaborate with stakeholders from UK, Germany, France, US, and Hungary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of SAP OTC experience
5+ years of experience with SAP projects or major initiatives
Strong experience in global enterprise environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
Excellent attention to detail
Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
Advanced experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Fiori, IDocs, APIs, BAPIs
Integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow
Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
Good self-organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Can build trust, be assertive when required, and shows initiative and enthusiasm
Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations
Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains
