About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design of wastewater M&E assets e.g., Pumping Stations, CSO's & associated civil structures.
Equipment sizing & selection (pumps, mixers, pipework).
TMA, NRSWA coordination.
Early site investigation works coordination.
Early procurement of materials.
Attendance and input into internal and client design reviews.
Involvement with cost to complete / budget reviews with contract delivery teams.
Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Preparation & management of project programmes.
Managing Sub-contractors’ programmes.
Developing and reviewing inspection Test Plans.
Coordinating site activities with client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

HNC or higher within Mechanical Engineering discipline
5 years of Water Sector Experience
DfMA Experience
Membership of a relevant professional Body (Desirable)
CEng (Desirable)
CSCS (Desirable)
APM or Equivalent qualification (Desirable)
